What is a spiritual life coach?
A spiritual coach is someone who helps you connect to who you truly are.
Through energy techniques, they work with you to change, re-direct and navigate your life.
They uncover your desires, help you take steps towards your goals to achieve your dreams.
They help eliminate limiting beliefs, and remove blocks.
A spiritual coach uses a deeper, more holistic approach, taking into account the whole person, that is, mind, body and spirit.
Spiritual coaching focuses on your essential well being that can only be accessed from your Inner core, your essence.
The aim of spiritual coaching is true and lasting transformation, and a true harmony between your inner and outer behaviour, allowing you to show up as your true self.

Silent Counselling
Silent Counseling is a non invasive meridian therapy that targets negative emotions and issues right back to the root cause.
It is a simple, safe series of interventional procedures which, in silence, addresses the pain caused by negative emotions and thought patterns
It's very simplicity makes it difficult for traditional psychologists to believe it works because a 'cure' is not usually an option to be considered
It is no longer essential for the client to talk about the issue.
Silent counseling addresses the root cause of distress by focusing on the negative emotional burdens and discharging them.
This does nothing directly to the structure of the brain nor it's biochemistry and does nothing to change deeply held 'core' beliefs.
Silent counseling does not need the reliving of past traumas and fears.
It is becoming more readily accepted that psychological problems and emotional distress are caused by our irrational belief systems, negative childhood experiences or negative past conditioning, often leading to a negative perception of ourselves.
This helps to clear negative energy and emotions they're holding onto in their bodies.
Even if you can't consciously remember the memory, or what the root cause may be, we use muscle testing which finds the root cause of issues without you talking.
You are then able to identify which meridian points that need clearing.
In Silent Counselling, we learn to understand what the energy in our bodies is communicating to us
.Blocked energy is rebalanced through touching the meridian points and released through breathwork techniques.
This modality is known for getting clients extremely great results and FAST!
It is an incredible, simple, yet powerful healing modality that releases trapped emotions from the physical body and helps you to identify the root cause - whether it's a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual issue - so it helps you to identify which of the four bodies you are storing it, and then we release it through pressing the meridian points and using a breath work technique to release.
